Leadership Oakland "Good Clean Fun" Event a success! (September, 2010)

Leadership Oakland XX alumni and Community Housing Network supporters had a great time at Good Clean Fun on September 11!

Hosted by Leadership Oakland, this entertaining evening raised over $2,000 to benefit formerly homeless families served by Community Housing Network.

Attendees enjoyed delicious food catered by event sponsor Henry's -- the healthy restaurant located at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.

And of course, guests enjoyed hilarious "dueling pianos" entertainment -- what JD's Key Club is famous for!

Funds raised at the event will go toward buying cleaning products and household items for formerly homeless families. Many families struggle to buy these items, or simply cannot afford them -- especially newly housed families just getting back on their feet.
