Asset Management Services

People with disabilities and their families frequently want assistance in developing and implementing plans to provide secure, affordable living arrangements. CHN is able to assist in the process by playing a number of roles, including providing information and referral, and offering long term management of housing and other resources. We often work in partnership with various non profits and for profit organizations providing services such as, grant writing, project development consultation and property management.
