Subsidized Housing Lists

Project based subsidized housing is the most common housing subsidy and the easiest housing subsidy to get. These offer reduced rent to the tenant, typically adjusted to 30 percent of the household’s gross income. Subsidized apartments are funded through a variety of different means.

Following the link below, you will find lists of subsidized apartments throughout the local community. Please note that some of the entries in this list are not true subsidized housing but are affordable and provided as additional options for consideration.

Adopt A Family wish lists are now available!

In its 10th year, Adopt A Family will serve more than 700 people, many of them recently homeless. While these families now have a roof over their heads, many do not have money for holiday gifts or even basic items such as coats, hats and mittens.  If you, your family, organization, club or school would like to be involved, information is available here. Thank you in advance on behalf of all of our recipients.
