Subsidized Housing Lists

Project based subsidized housing is the most common housing subsidy and the easiest housing subsidy to get. These offer reduced rent to the tenant, typically adjusted to 30 percent of the household’s gross income. Subsidized apartments are funded through a variety of different means. 

Following the link below, you will find lists of subsidized apartments throughout the local community. Please note that some of the entries in this list are not true subsidized housing but are affordable and provided as additional options for consideration.
