Home Modification Link

CHN, Inc. has begun a new program to assist persons with disabilities obtain the home modifications needed to live independently. If you or someone you know has used or new equipment to donate, or materials and/or time to donate to install modifications, please contact our office and we will post the items on our Web site.

A friend of CHN, Inc. currently has a fiberglass portable ramp to donate to a person with a disability that cannot afford to purchase one. If you are interested in more information, please contact our office at 248-528-2334.
